Nordic Track Elliptical NTEL77061

My wife and I bought a NordicTrack Elliptical NTEL77061 a little over a year ago. A couple weeks ago the wheels/rollers started to not roll smoothly. I went to their site found the part I wanted. It said "Quantity (2) - $52.62" so I send for them but I only get one. Called customer service and was told that it was $52.62 per roller, which equates to 20% of the total cost when the whole machine was bought new. I'll never buy another Nordic Track product again. It only lasted a year with moderate usage and to replace 2 rollers at 20% of the original price is simply a ripoff!!
